Mango preserve infused with citric (pomelo) bitters. This jam is a sweet one with nibbles of contrasting bitters sprinkled across it. It has been made in small batches, as the fruit have ripened. It is prepared with sulphur-free sugar. It doesnt not contain any added preservatives or colours.
