All our vinegars are wild fermented. They are raw and active with the Mother, strains of floating, sitting substance. It is the Mother that is said to carry all the health benefits. Vinegars were taken as medicine in ancient Greece, a shot each morning.
 
This particular vinegar is from our homegrown ripe mangoes. It is a light vinegar, packed in 300ml jars.

Best Practices: Use a screwing motion to remove and put back the cork. This keeps the vinegar air tight.
