Mulberries are nutritionally loaded. They’re known to aid in digestion, boosts production of red blood cells, boost immunity, regulate blood pressure.
USE: Best use is to add them to your yogurt / breakfast granola / porridge bowl. They can also be rehydrated (simply keep a handful in a bowl of drinking water) before using them on your pancakes or to add some colour and sweetness to your salads.
FUN TID BIT: Mulberry shrubs produce beautiful new folliage in the summer, a much sought out food for the cows. We're learning the cows choose well their nutritional inputs.
